jon, #16, while I agree with you that everyone does love H2 for it's groundbreaking multiplayer, can you really say that Battlefield 2 multiplayer for the 360 is better? Don't get me wrong, it's pretty fun, but it is far from a better multiplayer. In fact, the only thing that BF2 has going for it over H2 is that there are no cheaters. yet.
the demo is pretty fun, but the controls DO suck... left trigger to duck, X button to chat(leaving right thumb off of thumbstick), they should have just used the halo controls.
how about killing the glitch that slows down online play on the "backwash" map on halo 2? that would be convenient. Everyone in the game with a 360 complains about it.
I can't see myself or anyone else spending $60 on this. Maybe it could succeed as an high-end XBLA title, but that's it. Bad move, rockstar.
thanks for the heads up about the BF2 demo jaemz
better looking? that depends on how much you like the george foreman grill.
so is it better than orb or not? also, why is there no link to the review?
don't sleep on the Ridge Racer 6 demo either, I ended up buying it! It's great! I'll report back after trying Blazing Angels tonight.

Thank god the developers are taking advantage of the downloadable demo system. It is a win-win situation for all involved:

1. Saves gamers time and money by not having to buy OXM for a demo disc.

2. Gamers will end up buying games they didn't plan on buying (take me for example with RR6)resulting in higher sales figures

3. Gamers have an alternative to playing Xbox Live Arcade games and regular 360 titles
"Henson also added that the Xbox team has considered adding video streaming capabilities for non-Media Center users"

This deserves it's own post. Many people are pretty angry about the lack of streaming video (pc to 360) support for regular XP users.
I managed to find my way out of the level, by falling into some abyss with no way out. So, its a bit buggy, but I could see myself having fun with this game for its multiplayer capabilities. The visuals are not bad, but nowhere near identical to halo. Has anyone successfully entered a multiplayer game?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
