I hope the same thing, but with Android.
Speaking of uninformed....
Might as well try and see if I can win it :)
I don't know why you people are calling this app a "Kindle killer", as the battery on the iPhone will make long term reading difficult,
Any word on whether N97's bought in June will be able to download the app through the store, or will this only be available to N97s bought after November?
I'd like to add on to Francisco's comment in that I too would like more information about Nokia's flagship N-Series phone, the N97. Not repeating what Francisco has already said, is it known without a doubt that VOIP will be an option on the unlocked version of the N97, or will it be something that is possible, but needs to be added via a third party application? Would it be possible to get more hands-on with the N97, as many aspects of its software seem still unknown?
Happy Birthday Engadget!
Might as well throw my hat into the ring...
Its a very interesting MP3 Player, but I feel for everything it does right, it takes a wrong turn as well.

I love the high quality buds and X-Fi chip, but the numpad-like interface is confusing...

I love the added Wifi, but only using it for streaming music and Yahoo/Msn? (Although I hate AIM, all my friends use it, and although the screen is probably too small, maybe they could have fit mobile web browsing on it)
I love Windows XP. Not only because my XP machine has been so reliable, but because it is very easy to diagnose and repair any potential problems that arise when I want to fix one of my clients computers (I do computer repair as a side job). Windows Vista is growing on me, but it will take some time before I switch from the old faithful green and blue task bar I've come to know.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
