Just reading this article (2009)... I've heard that the further away you place the cell phone, which is the transmitter of the radiation, the less you receive into your head... yet if you have it in your pocket you'll get it in your pocket... it's better to have the cellphone a couple of cm or a meter away and use a headset.

And in other news, it seems like Apple will have 2000000 lawsuits to make to all the guys who are copying their OS X on their phones, although they look exactly like the iPhone's (or ipod touch) interface, when people see you with the chinese replacement for the iPhone you'll look like a bum.
