I think the PSP and 6G iPod will be at odds. Both play music, videos and games (obviously the emphasis is different). The PSP of course takes a MS Duo which is fine if you're signed up to that kind of card but there's not HDD and I can't see UMD lasting too long.
NEWS OF THE WORLD:

POD IT AWAY!
COMPUTER giants Apple are really worked up—over an Ann Summers sex toy that hooks up to your iPod. Women all over Britain are saying yes, yes, yes to the £30 iGasm that plugs into a music player and delivers good vibrations that pulse to the beat.

But shocked iPod bosses are iRate—demanding stores take down all posters for the gadget or risk a fight in the iCourt.
The neon-pink ads feature a curvaceous girl with wires coming OUT of her MP3 player and INTO her knickers. And it's definitely turned on.
The sales guff teases: "Go at it hard and fast with a pounding drum '
But Apple lawyers claim the poster is a blatant rip-off of their own famous silhouette images used to flog iPods.
Their haughty legal letter to the shop chain adds: "We hope this request to remove it immediately will prevent us having to consider further action."

Despite that, Ann Summers boss Jacqueline Gold is saying no, no, no and joked: "Perhaps I can send them an iGasm to put a smile back on their faces!"

If anyone wants a free key and copy of PocketMac Pro I'm happy to dist; it's no use to me. Don't expect much though...

@3 Mitch; excellent point.

For SonyEricsson phones try http://mobile.feisar.com, anything else is a mystery though.

PocketMac sucks big time. Even after 15years of using a a Mac I couldn't get this thing to do a single sync correctly without corrupting/duplicating or ignoring data. often it wouldn't sync at all and PocketMac hooks so deep in to the system I ended up doing a fresh Tiger install to get rid of it.
10.4.A, 10.4.B, 10.4.C .... what's wrong with a bit of hexadecimal?

I don't think we'll see another version; perhaps just a security update, or even a separate fix like the recent DST one.
There are better deals direct from Apple in the refurb store. Confusingly a Black 2Gb model must be a 1G Nano and yet the picture is of an 8Gb 2G Nano.

Nice coloured Apple logos too!
Although I'm bursting to blow a load of cash on a MBP preloaded with iLife 07 and Leopard I'm glad Apple appears to be taking it's time this year. It seems too many Intel Macs and Universal apps (esp. iLife 06) were rushed out in the big-push last year and Quality Assurance went out the window....
Not a bad price considering Toast is included. Would it be just wrong to put on in an iMac G4 and then laugh for the next year whilst no other iMac owners can have Blu-Ray....
I can't even be bothered to watch this. Netscape video is just shockingly slow on my 2Mb DSL link. Is TUAW locked into some crappy sponsorship deal?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
