This phone is coming to Sprint sometime around November, I have confirmed this with an HTC representative that interviewed me for feedback on the recent release of The HTC Snap. It was roughly a 30 minute phone interview which at the end the Hero was discussed and he asked me if people had been calling or asking the store about it. The release was not given an exact date but I was told sometime around november. Sprint users can rejoice.
Your're going to leave sprint because of the megapixel's? Come on now. First of all NO U.S. Carriers have any phones with that many megapixels. Verizon has one with 3.2. You know how much a 5 megapixel camera phone would cost? Anyway I heard that it's actually coing to be Sprint's first phone that uses Rev-A instead of Rev-O. This thing will blow the I-phone out of the water with speed. But go ahead don't get one, that just means one less person in front of me in line for it.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
