Ben needs to sit out a game, or two, or three, obviously. However, anyone who has seen locker room interviews with him lately knows that he insists on playing. Tomlin is going to have to make the decision for him, but he won't...

As for the Holmes play, the reason he stopped is b/c that's what he was supposed to do. Ben admitted during a post game interview that HE (not Santonio) messed up. Santonio ran the right route, but Ben forgot what Santonio was doing on that play, hence the easy int for the Colts player. Honestly, I don't know what the hell is wrong with that child, but if he doesn't get it together, he's gonna give away more than just games. He'll give the Ravens the division too.
I just went and looked at the terms of Blockbuster's online/in-store program and those of you going on and on about the in-store exchanges are leaving some things out. For starters, most of their plans either charge you $1.99 per in-store exchange or give you from 2-5 "free" in-store exchanges per calender month, with each one thereafter costing $1.99. Secondly, their cheapest plan with unlimited in-store exchange is $21.99/month! That's for 1 dvd at a time unlimited. The 2 dvd plan is $29.99 and the 3 out plan with unlimited in-store exchanges is $34.99/month. So, if you have that kind of money to spend every month plus gas and/or time to go to Blockbuster, be my guest.
Do you all not have text messaging plans up there? I went to school in Canada for a year and I agree, your telephone charges in general (landline and cell) are outrageous. As for spam messaging charges being reversed...yeah, good luck with that.
I'm sorry, but Netflix rules. In addition to movies, they've got tons of documentaries too. Plus, they have a great selection of classic and foreign films. The whole point of Netflix is that they deliver to you, not you go to a store and make an exchange. Plus, they are giving a credit to those who's dvds were delayed and the customer service is superb. I've done Blockbuster's in-store membership and was never impressed. Plus, I take public transit, so, gas isn't an issue, but time is, and I don't live near a Blockbuster.
I'm sorry, but who's mother DIDN'T teach them this when they were growing up? Since someone actually had to write this article, I'm guessing quite a few.
This story is a joke, right? While I have no problem with long fingernails (I was not aware that nail length or lack thereof was something that could go in and out of style, btw), to claim that a device discriminates against those with them is ridiculous. If that's the case then I could make a case against the stylus devices...I get sick of having to keep up with the tiny styluses and prefer to use my fingertips. Are Microsoft and Treo discrminating against people like me? Bogus allegations like this one are why REAL cases of discrmination are often not taken seriously.
Let me get this straight: If she flirted with him or was even "overly friendly", then she deserved to have nude pictures sent to her phone..? WTH?! If that's the case then I have many, many very flirty construction workers, fellow commuters, and other random men that I need to harass for bothering me as I'm minding my own business going down the sidewalk everyday or for taking my "Hi/Good Morning/Good Afternoon", etc in response to theirs as an excuse to get my name and number...
Seriously, if this is indeed legit (this is kinda ridiculous to make up, but stranger things have happened) she deserves many apologies, some free service, a reversal of those picture message charges, and a copy of his termination letter, but not a million dollars.
Why wasn't your 18 year-old son having sex with someone his own age? Basically, you're saying that your high school senior or college freshman son was having sex with a girl in the 8th or 9th grade, depending on their birthdays and what state you all lived in...I'm sorry, but that's ridiculous and shouldn't be justified under ANY circumstances.

However, I do agree with you that sex offenders should neither be killed nor should they have their SSN's put on the internet. While there are some genuinely sick puppies out there, there are many who were themselves victims of physical and/or sexual abuse as well as those who have psycholgical disorders and need therapy. Not to mention those who were 18 or 19 and who's girlfriends were 17 (which I certainly empathize with more than an 18 year old sleeping with a 14 year old). Furthermore, I find it interesting that the only sex offenders anyone worries about are those who molest children (or those who are under the age of majority, which may or may not be 18 in a given state), as if those who rape adult women somehow don't count.
Billy10258, you're wrong, there are indeed circumstances under which you CAN get a new SSN. I doubt the process is an easy one, but yes, it can be done. In fact one such condition under which this may happen is if your idenity has been stolen and you've done all you can to clear your name, yet someone is STILL using your number...don't believe me read it on a the Social Security website

I hate to agree with you Tex Big Balls, but I have been saying 8-8 at best this year ever since the schedule came out and all my friends get mad at me, but look at the schedule! We showed last year that we weren't quite ready to dominate just yet and this is basically the same team at best. With the new Browns looking like they are finally ready to contend and the Ravens defense always being tough, winning the division very well might not happen. I don't see how we can come out of this with 10+ wins. I bleed black and gold, but I just can't see it...

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
