Really? I'm kinda glad they did go back to the square look, but to each his own I guess. Lord knows there's enough versions of this phone in the US to please anyone.
Yep. My Zune does nothing all right. As I'm listening to the radio while syncing without any wires (wirelessly isn't a word I just discovered), you can all be killed by your iPods :P
Please sir, spare yourself from the Glyde. I had it for two weeks and tried REALLY hard to like it. The problem is, it has tons of problems (albeit 90% of them are software, which can be fixed). The touchscreen just isn't responsive enough, you feel like your not even using a touch device sometimes. But hey, try it out for 30 days and see.
Sorry sir but really, what else do you want the phone to look like? Just like the above comment about TV's, it's not exactly unbelievable that all touchscreen phones have... touchscreens on the front : /
Yeah, don't we all :/
but, at least it's beginning to improve!
Oh, why can't this phone just come out already...
Really?!? So does that mean it will have a glass screen maybe?
Yep. Then it would suck, obviously :P
Yep.... Definitely Fat.... :/
oh, I meant NOT if you happen upon any other full qwerty thats thinner, let me know. and, i guess we'll have to see when it comes out
Oh man this thing looks amazing, it's essentially the upgraded UI of the Voyager! Still, can't help but notice that the annoying "touch to unlock" button is still there. Had the Voyager for a week, and it would unlock itself constantly, but oh well! This thing is gonna be awesome, especially (IMO) with the customizable home screen (thats what it looks like in one of the snapshots) and that it isn't hindered by MobileTV. Does anyone know if it will have full blown VCast though? I dig free videos :D
Oh you did? You lucky punk :) Can't wait to get it!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
