Have been using this for about a week now. And I have to say I love this one as much as I hated my old mighty mouse. I was really looking forward to it and was not disappointed. Many people keep saying that its not ergonomic that is just wrong I use this at my workplace and its actually awesome. It works fine over a surface where my regular Dell mouse used to have so many issues. All and all for the price its a sweet sweet deal I would highly reccomend this to everyone. Just be careful about the Keyboard though I dont think many people would like it and eventually replace it with a DiNovo Edge like me :)
I am using it with my late 2006 macbook. Its fine!
I bet someone should have fired up a jailbreak right at the press release and rubbed it in their faces. Dumbasses!
I agree the pricing is absurd, I wanted to be one of the first to pick one up. (Being a Apple fanboy owning a iMac, Macbook Black, iPod Touch, iPod and even the old iPhone. I was really disappointed. Furthermore the execs arent sure that is it provider locked or not. Because I think its stupid to pay so much for a locked phone, if it has a lock it should be subsidized but it isnt. I am looking at grey market options for now. And if the pricing doesnt drop by atleast 10,000 from the orignal I would rather buy a grey or not buy one at all.
The iPhone is available here for max 25K INR and it should be priced close to that officially because here you dont get pay as you go like in the US you are supposed to cough up the whole price before.
I think people at the Apple store here in Pune as well as the ones in Bombay and Bangalore are plain dumb. The products are overpriced and overhyped.
They are pricing the MacBook Air at 97,000+ INR thats almost 2631 US$ here in India I guess my 1710$ US worth iMac (Base model 20") will do for now and I can keep looking at the poster so it reminds me to call my friends/relatives who might be coming over from abroad and can slip this thing through customs (I dont think it'd be pretty tough though)
LMAO at Bano and 1.67 (whatever) kurics. I hope most of us got it ;)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
