That's a bit disconcerting... I called 'cause I was having trouble connecting to the internet with my N95 and they mentioned some "technical difficulties". What I found very strange though, was that the CSR requested my device's serial number... and I foolishly gave it away. I asked if they would use that to lock my phone (since I bought and have been using this device for over seven months as an unlocked phone) to which they replied that the number is only used to have it on record and to properly send "updates" to my device and that they would send a txt message when the data network is up-and-running again. Should I be worried about this as well? I apologize for veering off-topic.
