OK, there was a site that showed that the latest build actually supported the 1700MHz T-mobile freqs...is that true?
OK, something is off here! The SE USA website specs for the X1a show a 1700 UMTS band. If so, then no issue working on T-mob ~ even though T-mob has some reports of supporting 2100Mhz as well. I didn't see the 1700Mhz band tested by the FCC. Anyone know if 1700Mhz truly will be supported?

Yes, you need the X1a to work on T-mob. A shame they didn't just make one universal device. Link below comparing the specs:

I agree. You don't get charged against your data from your own network...only on T-mob's 3G Network. You're telling me you don't have a WiFi network at home? Hotspot at home is only $10.
So, you're using a wireless card?
Wow, T-mobile better step back & take notice of how many of its customers disagree with their idiotic letter.
What about the 8120?
For the love of God, do NOT let MS buy Yahoo. Name one product that MS makes that works flawlessly! They don't need to bring their "jack of all trades" attitude to Yahoo. I see a mass exodus coming.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
