Odd looking material but it's something refreshing indeed.
Yeah , but it's sexy ;-)
The music is lame , I agree.
At least the phone looks good for what it is supposed to be.
It's truly a sad situation. I still have the hope that something or someone will turn this around, An American company can't or shouldn't have such an end.
LOL... ok there's an option.

Go Moto Go
Actually is better than v8. It has a newer UI for faster navigation, that's basically the strong point since it has 2 GB of internal memory plus microSDHC ... so yeah, they tried to make browsing through thousands of songs a breeze with the OmegaWheel.
Have you really tried MotoMagX ? I'm only asking because many people judge before they actually see or try the things they're so bitter about. It is really different from what you saw on a RAZR or a KRZR .. It handles multitasking, it's clean and simple, fast as hell and generally good looking. It's maybe a step down from Symbian, but on par with SE and deffinitely above LG or Samsung. Trust me I've tried them all.
On the contrarie, I think the writer was as disappointed as I was... Check the articles on the leaks of Z12 and Texel.. I found it clean, informative and even a bit cheerful for Moto. But that they dared to show up with those crap phones really let me down. What is wrong with this company? If they already have ONE Skarven and ONE Texel units... they should have showed them off .. even if they were protos or a bit flawed.. This was an international event, to show what they did is even an insult.
That skipped my mind.. thanks! So most likely this will be Symbian glory powerhouse !!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
