I have a wish to be heard and understood.

Greedy game companies! They create something that is pure intellectual property. The amazing thing about software is that it can be duplicated, infinitely, for FREE. And so they think: INFINITE MONIES LOL, and they go and transform this pure intellectual property into a PRODUCT: A CD, with a manual, in a case, and they sell it in a store, at a HUGE markup ($60 for a game that cost them $0.50 to press to cd) instead of passing the savings on to the consumer.

Guess what. Now that it's a product, you OWN it when you buy it. That doesn't mean that you can copy the part of it that is intellectual property to anyone or everyone, but it DOES mean, that you can sell it, re-sell it or do whatever the hell else you want with it as a product. However, the seller ceases to own it when it's sold.

A car has intellectual property too. That's the DESIGN of the car. If you go to china, you can buy a car that is (seemingly) 100% identical to western models, but actually isn't (wikipedia Chery_QQ). In china, you can buy a "product" that is seemingly a genuine game, but isn't. They infringe (not the same word as steal) the intellectual property, and create duplicates that rob the original designers their rightful share of the money.

In some cases copyright infringement is far worse than stealing (such as in china. Btw, sorry to all the chinese i just offended, i'm sure this happens elsewhere too, it's just an easy example).
In other cases copyright infringement is far less worse than stealing (like when you lend your copy of a game to a friend who can't afford it, so you both can play the game together).

I skipped a bunch of points. Like where the designers come out of the woodwork screaming about how much it costs to design a game. That was your choice though wasn't it. Wouldn't it be great if you could take that number, add a fair markup, divide it by the number of people playing the game, and charge them that? No it wouldn't, that would defeat the "infinite monies lol" gamble you wanted to make.
It must sting when someone creates bejeweled for a fraction of the money it cost to create halo and have it be just as or more enjoyable.

I just remembered that people these posts with a pre-determined point of view, and that people misread things, and that the infinite number of people on the net makes my post show up on page 12196, so that about 3 people actually read it. I'm probably neither heard nor understood, also really bored now, so i'll skip whatever conclusion i set out to make when i started. Make your own.
Sony Ericsson, please make an Android version too.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
