I am on my second htc-s720 and going on to my third s720 cause telus is replacing it once again but i find the the phone will last a month and a half to three month and then when u turn it on the phone will freeze on the start up screen and telus will order you and refurbished phone from htc and in the mean time you are phone less for about a week to a week and a half o by the way they also tell you the it should take 2 buissnes days for your new phone to be in..... dont beleive them i know first hand

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
