It's a cheap version of DEVONthink Pro that syncs online but doesn't support anything but text files and images. When I demo'd it I didn't see the point.

This is another example of someone who doesn't know what they're writing about. Series 60 has more 3rd party apps than Mac OS X does. It has a bigger user base. So why in the hell do people make assumptions like the ones in this article?

It's trivial to remove strings from a compressed file. This is not a problem in the slightest bit. It's silly on Apple's part, but then again so is limiting what a consumer can do with his or her purchase.

I've been ribbing on her for a long, long time now. If she hasn't figured out it's somewhat tongue-in-cheek, as it seems no one else has, then that's too bad. You are correct, my spelling was wrong. Also, thanks for the comment on my site. And if "aphorism" is sesquipedalian, then I'm scared by culture.

Oh look, she wrote an entire article about a shortcut key combination. God damnit. There's good info to be had on this site, punctuated by these banal antiafforisms.

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
