I hope they provide a little more information on the syncing issue. I'm just not sure where to look: HTC, Google, or T-Mobile? I assume Google should address the issue since it will affect all Android phones.

Of course, if someone wants to develop their own app to sync folders on your pc, be my guest! We will give you a big pat on the back!
Wow! I'm really excited now!

By the way, I noticed that the tiny pic of the G1 looks just like the prototype. I guess those people who were 100% sure it is not the real phone were in fact wrong? Or could this be yet another tease leaked by t-mo, htc, and google? I'm leaning more towards the idea that this is the real deal...
I'm wondering how much T-Mobile will charge. Of course, I don't care too much because I'm pre-ordering the G1 as soon as possible!
So what's the big difference between the apps "GoCart" and "CompareEverywhere"? If they aren't free apps, which one sounds like the better app?
I wonder if someone is already working on an Android $1,000 red diamond app. They should at least make it green.

Seriously though, I'm really looking forward to buying the G1, but I'm not familiar with open source OS. Will there be any quality control? I assume their must be something in the terms of use for developers holding them responsible for creating spam-like content?
You would think that T-Mobile would want to supply us with some adequate 3g phones as they're rolling out the network, but they only those 5 crappy phones available. The Shadow 2 is not supposed to be 3g, and neither is the Blackberry Javelin or Kickstart. What are we supposed to do?

I love T-Mobile. I hate T-Mobile. I love T-Mobile. I hate T-Mobile.
I agree with you, Y3k-Bug. After reading the pdf letter on the original site (ipdemocracy), it clearly states that AT&T is referring to their "mobile wireless broadband customers".

I didn't know that you could use a P2P app on your mobile phone, but I can't imagine why someone would want to do that anyway. How long would it take to download "Forgetting Sarah Marshall"? :)
Does anyone else think this phone is ugly? I'll happily take the Bold or Javelin over the Kickstart.
I love my 80GB Zune, and I am very pleased that I never bought an iCrap from Apple. The larger screen is more appealing, the zune software is much better than iTunes, and the drm-free songs are cheaper too (but I buy my mp3s from Amazon).

I don't know why everyone thinks of Apple as a company of supreme enlightenment. All my friends have iCrap, whether it is the ipod, iphone, ibook, itoiletseat. I tell them that they are sheep, flocking to a hateful company who makes their money by fooling people to think that buying their products makes them innovative and superior to the rest of the competition.

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
