please give this to a strident MS supporter - ME!

Seriously - have you used a WinMo 6.5 device? Getting to your most common function is quick and easy. For example, when I get an email I press one button on my homescreen and I am opening and reading my email (homescreen even previews my email with no clicking - try that on your iPhone). To reply I simply press the menu button which brings up a new menu and I hit reply. How hard is that? In fact, I challenge you to make it simpler.

I just wish Engadget would stop posting WinMo news. At the top of their home page they could just state in big, bold lettering that they hate all things WinMo. That would save us from their snarky and inaccurate reporting. Which in turn, shapes opinions for people like Hydra who have never used and probably has never seen the device in person.
Super cool but not sure that it is all that practical.
I like WinMo way more than my BB 8800. However, for business purposes I still think BB is the better bet. For the other items you mentioned then, yes, WinMo is superior IMO as well.
Dated OS? It just came out a month ago. Seriously, we get that you don't like WinMo 6.5 but for those of us that actually use it the reviews are usually great.

As for the phone - nice looking competitor to the BB. That said, probably no reason to get this unless you hate BB OS.
Need to go check XDA. Maybe this will work with my port of Android on my Touch or Touch Pro.
Seems like the gripe here is with the hardware. Unfortunately, posters will take the chance to slam WinMo instead.

Ooma with Premiere has been awesome for my family. It replaced our home phone and my home office line. Basically, the unit was paid for in about 4 months and then every year the hundred bucks is basically recouped by the end of Feb. Ooma is rock solid.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
