"FYI, to those interested, anyone who tells you that you will be fired for crossing the picket line is a liar and/or fearmonger. You may be penalized by this particular union in the form of a fine or something similar, but you will not be fired for this."

But the fact that they will penalize them in anyway when all they care about is having a job and providing for their family is yet another evil of unions and yet more ammunition for getting rid of them.
Oh, by the way, in case you're wondering, yes...I hate unions.
Unions need to be abolished. They had their purpose in the day, they now no longer serve a purpose except to ensure that the guy busting his ass only makes as much as the lazy f__k that just does enough to avoid being fired while at the same time ensuring that American companies have the highest operations cost of any other global company ensuring they can't compete in the global market. They need to get lost.
No opinion or first hand knowledge of that one...
Well sure, but this things UI is just about a straight up copy of the iPhones...There's "everyone is doing full screen touchscreens" and then there's straight up copying it icon for icon (just about).
I'll be absolutely AMAZED if Apple doesn't sue LG.
PLEASE VZW --> TREO!!! 800w or Pro - Just freakin get one!
"If you want some comedy, read the comments in the Treo Pro Review that's linked in this post. The comments about how there won't be a new Palm OS or how it will suck are now hilarious"

Well when you consider that there are a lot of people out there like me that can only use long established OS's like WM or Palm OS due to the software we need to run for our business, then new OS's DO SUCK for us at least. If i only needed the basic Exchange server connectivity for my mailbox (notice I didn't say just email access) and these new OS's provided full Exchange functionality, than maybe I could look forward to the new OS...but...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
