Now I see why you got the response you did...HTC makes fantastic phones period, if you don't know get familiar..The reason you may not hear about Nokia on this site is because they have practically abandoned the US as far as handsets. A few high end ones maybe, but I think most Nokia handsts hear are imported and will cost over 500 buck to use here. Secondly, Nokia aparently isn't a huge CDMA fan, a CDMA carrier here in the states is the largest provider.

Sorry, dude that you got rude replies but or real HTC has been in business for a long time. What people may not realize is that for the longest HTC up until the last few years didn't have phones here in the US under their own name. I'm not sure when they made this change, I wanna say at some point in 2006...

Honestly, for me its about being at home watching HD sporting events. Why would anyone go to a theater if they have half a decent system at home? I would almost say all sports are better at home relaxing getting stats real time from either the game of if your a real nerd like me, you have the notebook right on your lap.

I actually work for a utility that is using these T-Stats for energy conservation. Its funny but you would think with all the problems that California has with rolling blackouts and shit, they would have had a plan like this in place. Or at the very least start looking at other utilities and copy the plans they have. It should have never got to this point to make it a requirement. These are kinda neat though, the utility will have a website that you can actually change the temp in your house when your not there.

Lets face it this is a win-win for the NFL. They knew at the end of the Dolphins game that they would have to cave in and broadcast this game on something other than the NFL network. With only having 40% of households with the network, and having a "Superbowl" like game on. They could never ask sponsors and advertisers to pay a premium for this game. So they did the next best thing, They will broadcast the game to 3 networks. They get the money they are looking for from commercials cuz now they can say "we will be in 100% on U.S. households", and at the same time they get to showcase to the country their NFL Network channel. Which they hope people will then call the cable company and ask "Why don't I have this?" Its very smart thinking by the NFL. This is why the gane will be simulcast and not done by the anchors of CBS and NBC. Very smart.

Honestly, for as long as the "gPhone" has been whispered about you would have thought they would have had a prototype to really hype it up. I'm kinda like not excited at all about this for the time being. But the thought of having a phone that I can customize completely to be my own is a turn on.
