The story mentions that the phone is sadly not sold in North America, but Rogers has been offering it for months on Canada.
You're making fun of it, but watch this phone sell thousands of units to sexual preditors and stalkers around the globe. No matter how scantily dressed the woman is, the phone is still a piece of s**t.
Also I can almost guarantee that the pricing structures will be identical on both carriers. Also it is being said that the 7$ unlimited browsing option will not be applicable on the iphone as it is considered a smartphone and customerscannot add this option to smartphones.
Yes it will work because it supports HSDPA 850/1900 for NA and 2100 for Europe
Roger's subsidiary, Fido is getting the e71 in the 3rd quarter. It's already began testing at our head office and is expected to release sometime in September. No word yet if Rogers is getting it as well, but my assumption is that it would.
Fido has the service as well with the Nokia 6301 being the first device launched.
Ummmm Rogers hasn't released the z750 yet, they announced it( 3 times) but it still hasn't hit stores. so AT&T is infact the first to release it in North America. Us Canadians are still waiting, as usual...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
