Have fun playing with your fingers all over the screen. Why in the world would they waste their time making this game for the iPhone? OK, I do know why (a large amount of morons will buy it), but it's still so stupid. Other platforms have those really old, lame, complicated, physical things called buttons, and you know what? They work pretty darn well for video games, since, you know, they aren't right in the middle of the screen. I think Apple's ultimate goal is to vanquish all physical interaction with your phone. In the future, phone calls on the iPhone will be made and answered simply by staring and drooling at the phone. If you drool out of the left of your mouth, answer. If you drool out of the right, ignore. It will be revolutionary and everyone will own one.
@Wwhat

Sure, it may not be used for that but the image is there.

"a user of a graphic application (e.g., a CAD application) may create three-dimensional objects"

Create 3D objects or just view them? Either way, real 3D modelers have been doing just fine with a mouse and keyboard. This just sounds like eye candy to me.

@Wwhat
Perhaps you didn't see the posted images in the article?
Apple + Raytheon on iPhone = so much evil in such a small space.
I think this is all part of Apple's quest to remove every single button and key from your computing experience. Because it's pretty easy, even now!, to move a 3D model around with your mouse by clicking and dragging. Personally, I don't want to be sitting at a desk, moving my head around in order to see part of a 3D Excel chart. Just because you can do it doesn't make it a good idea.
@KinGKasH

"HEAD YOU"?

With that harrassing tone and the nature of your request, I'm not surprised the person on the other line is ignoring you.
So... based on the comments so far, maybe the question should actually be does ANYONE on Verizon not have service? I like how all the ATT people are jumping all over this, meanwhile I haven't seen anyone saying their service is actually down.

And, no, Verizon isn't down for me either and I'm in CA.
PUT ANDROID ON IT LOL
Wow, you guys really hit the nail on the head with this article. Somehow I'm running Opera 10 beta 2 on my Touch Pro 2 right now... And it is also coming out for Android.

And I like how there's an article for the Symbian launch and the Android launch, but not for the Windows Mobile one. And for some reason this article adds the whole "disses WinMo" to the headline.
Wow, the whole iAnything accessory market has gone too far. Doesn't your iWhatever come with headphones? That's what I've done when I want to listen to music when I vacuum.

And the mock-up looks more like a Creative Zen than an iPod.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
