i need one of these!!
I hope this comes to Sprint. A Verizon version of this device in a crippled state would be oh so sad!
meh, you lost me at windows mobile....
This will come in handy in my trips to Austin from Dallas and have everyone in my truck browse the web on their iPhones via Sprint EVDO rev A. How ironic is that? (Mostly edge or crappy 3G along 35 from Dallas to Austin for ATT)

No really I use a Nokia tablet streaming internet radio via bluetooth tethering from my Sprint phone, connection always sucked because I have the early tablet that doesnt stream at high capacity. Why bother when this will now connect at full bandwidth. I cannot wait until this come out!
Engadget says: you're saying your 3G network would fold like a cheap suit if these apps took off

Nothing can be more obvious than the truth, ATT's 3G network is absolutely horrendous and people are starting to notice! They can and will limit anything that will slow down their network, including bumping people down to 2G when in a 3G coverage area so that even the calls continue to route.

What good is having full bars when you cant use the service for what you really want to do?!?!?
Does this include roaming in Mexico if I picked that? That would be perfect if that were so
But did they officially make it the terms of service? Could this be a material change in the contract to get out for free?
Slacker for the curve on sprint has fantastic sound quality but it's a memory hog and is quite buggy. Pandora on the same phone works tons better memory and quality but has subpar sound quality (compressed). I have tried the others yet.
I would definitely sell my iPhone and Nokia N95-3 to purchase this baby.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
