For the love of Pete! Here's to hoping...
I thought the same thing.

Here's a quote from the FCC chairman at the time of the settlement, "I am concerned that early termination fees are being used not as a means of recovering legitimate costs but as a means of locking consumers into a service provider," FCC Chairman Kevin Martin said at the time.

I guess Verizon will try to rationalize their right to do this by pro-rating the etf... by $10 a month. I don't think that's quite what the FCC had in mind. Hopefully this will get sorted out with the FCC soon. I don't use Verizon, but I don't think this is justifiable.
Now, if they could only get the go-ahead to expand their streaming content. I've had a go at their free trial, but the streaming choices are, for the most part, b-movies it seems.
That's a cute piece. Very creative and well put together. I like it.

Ahhh... gotcha. Well, I suppose he's just saying that Toys R Us was once lame and is now showing some teeth. And he thinks everyone is cool, so he called us "cats".
@Saad

1. Dead Discs (old video game)
2. Giraffe suit (Geoffrey the Giraffe is the Toys R Us mascot)
3. Umm... there is no #3
4. Profit! (trade in old video game to Toys R Us, get cash)

There ya go!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
