1. You have to take into account, however, that if 5D Mark II were withouth video feature it wouldn't cost 500 USD less.

2. I shoot videos rarely, I hate to have a second device, I better take one more lens. But on those rare occasions when I want to shoot video, I would be very glad to have it in 5D.
I traveled, flying 12h non stop, and then with my friend was discovering sightseeings.
I had just my 30D. I made lot's of photos, a good memory of my travel.
One thing that I still can not forgive me is that I wasn't able to shoot video at one day, when we were riding motorbike in very beautiful and (very interesting from cultural view point) parts of the city. I still wish that on that day for those 30 minutes I had some video recording tool. Just for those 30 minutes...

If all else equal (small variations in price are ok), I am selecting now DSLR with video option.
I still prefer photo. But on those very rare occasions I want to be prepared to shoot video as well.
Hear it first time, I like the music
I laughed at striked out "suckers"

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
