Darren, T-mobile's 3G rollout is at a state from where they can not scrap. They should hasten the rollout of HSPA . They should cover around 210 million pops by the end of the year. That is a good number. They have started talking about 4G and should hasten the process.

T-mobile consider tie up with Metro and Leap rather than Sprint. That would give T-Mobile another 10 million customer and make them 3rd largest carrier. They should market themselves aggressively from that point. Sprint has already committed to Wimax while Metro PCS committed to LTE which is exactly what T-Mobile has in their mind.It makes more sense and will save headache in the future.

Not really. By the time Sprint releases their Android phone(s) , T-Mobile will also have few more android in their lineup. catching up would be appropriate to describe if T-Mobile stops releasing android phone and wait for Sprint to release theirs. But that is not the world we live in. Do we?? And I am pretty sure T-mobile also have Android plans for next year just like Sprint,AT&T and Verizon.

Dude come on. T-Mobile has few more android phone in the pipeline. Motorola Morrison, Samsung Galaxy and Bigfoot, Huawei and at least one more HTC Android phone.On top of that they have My Touch How are they ( Sprint ) poised to catch up to T-Mobile as far as Andoid goes is very mysterious.

It should not be about Sidekick. T-Mobile does not need a special event to release sidekick. At least not this kind of special event. It looks little more serious than a sidekick event. Magic and updated Android would be a good guess at this point.
