Well, the reason why sprint's customer service has changed so drastically in the last couple of months is because 40% if they're commission check is now solely based on customer service, so if you the customer are dissatisfied the representative is not gonna get half of his or her commission, and this is true for the rep, the store manager, the district manager, and so on and so on. Is their level of service perfect? Of course not, they have a lot of work ahead of them, but when you bleed 1.7 million subscribers in last two fiscal quarters then every little step counts, and yes I am a sprint employee
