Cingular, Verizon slapped with class action suits

I am curently going through a big hassle with Verizon. I am a disabled and handicapp Ww2 Vet and cannot afford their fees. My charges and fees are almost double my contracted prices for their triple freedom plan.There have been added extra fees by other outside firms, which were not subscribed to, plus a lot of added features on their Verizon itemized pages. I am getting nowhere rapidly, and wish to be a part of the current Class Action suit, if someone will tell me more about it.

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
