Is 768 Vertical resoultion enough for 15" screen though?

...Carrier exclusivity annoys me...
They were advertising it on Engadget mobile yesterday before Sammy's big reveal but not linking the advert to anything.

If you download the audi podcast using itunes, not your ipod/phone, then it is just audio. All you need then do is use cable to sync. The OTA download is video? I have not checked if there is an audio only option for OTA in itunes.
The energy of the bullet still has to go somewhere it may no kill you but you will get some serious whiplash.
the cells in your eye are made up of rods and cones. The diameter of cones varies from .50 to 4.0 µm. When they get these pixels down to that size and put them inside glasses with the right colour depth and refresh rate it should be like looking out a window.

The resolution of the human eye has been estimated at 576 Megapixels

These are still DLP aren't they that was the comment last time they were posted?
I don't own an iphone, but I do have an ipod touch and an HTC touch diamond. Comparing the usability between the 2 devices the ipod touch wins hands down. Maybe its the software maybe its the capacitive touch screen but, it works better. Touchflow is nice very briefly then you realise it is just covering up for windows mobiles inadequacy and doesn't go deep enough. Interested to see how the new versions handle after having played with the Touch HD which is also an improvement on the Touch diamond.
What is the GPS performance/experience like?
He has a point about the ugly. But its not just the angle, the compression is horrendous. I video call on skype on a laptop and the compression is bad enough. On a small screen its almost impossible to see anything in a Video call. Mobile videoconferencing or any useful videoconferencing needs HD to be successful and that needs a better network HSxPA/LTE and decent codecs. The original codecs for 3G video calling are rubbish and probably have never been updated because why invest in a service no-one uses.

In theory it should be a compelling service if 50%(or whatever it is) of communication is non-verbal.

Personally I am tired of thinking people are upset because their eyes have gone square

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
