Sorry Bill maybe you misunderstood.

I am complaining that when Apple complies with AT&T they do so globally and not locally. What Apple enforces upon me outside of the US is totally and undeniably Apples fault.

Apple has the tools to enforce regional rules on apps so why don't they allow 3G for us and not for AT&T? My guess is probably because US subscribers would be up in arms about other countries getting a better deal. Anyway.....
Why is it if I am not on AT&T I have to suffer. This is not the first time and it's not the last. Here in europe I am allowed to tether my mobile, all my Nokia's have done it for years, but Apple seem to think it's ok to keep treating the rest of the world like we are 2nd class mobile citizens.

Sigh
As a designer who works for a big company I know that Ive works hard, but I also know that the iPhone is not the result of Ive alone but the work of his whole extended team. It just seems strange then to give him a personal achievement award in such a manor.

Especially as they talk about the UI design which is probably not done by the Industrial Design team.
VP of Category Management means he is in charge of managing the higher level product groups, i.e. nseries vs. eseries vs. tablets. VP means he earns more than us :)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
