Since 70% of your calories are burned every day just by sitting around on your ass. I'd suggest you do thing to increase your BMR. Several small meals a day, circuit training. adding lean muscle mass. Actually reducing aerobic training to less that 30 minutes. Interval training.

10% also goes to digesting food. Pick foods that require more work for your body to digest.
