yeah, t-mobile reps dont know shit i happened to walk past the t-mobile store yesterday and i decided to ask an employee about the OTA; after looking on the computer in the store for a minute, he told me he didnt know what that is.. :-/
what i want to know is an exact date of when will the OTA come. every day i wake up and say, will this be the day?
