can not wait for this on sprint
why would you want this on vzw they will just cripple it like they did with the touch pro
I am a spint rep and the 800 has the worst battery life of any smart phone I have used i could only take it for a few weeks until I sold mine off all of us are looking forward to the pre I hope web os is less power hungry than the 800
love the updates can finely use skyfire to download stuff the update seems to run better than the old one on my mogul the new web bar is awesome ant the improved text entry is great
I have skyfire it works great my only complaints are its a battery hog the text input kinda sucks no save as feature and takes forever to load the web is great it does try to play videos to soon and gets stuck other than that it is a great browser they will fix it in time
there is everything share plans now they just came out on monday
I am a die hard mac user have 2 of them I do not like the iphone the instinct seem like a good choice for me I already have sprint and with the everything plan i can do what i want even use third party apps without havening to go through sprint to get the with the java base of the instinct there will be a lot of people developing apps for it
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
