There is no difference between a leak and the release version from Verizon, OS .113 is the same regardless. It will just be a stamp with the word "official".
I hope Verizon doesn't release .113 since it has serious issues with the radio software. When in a fringe or poor reception area the radio will show 3 or 4 bars but it will have no data connection and even worse, the phone will not receive calls. This is a critical flaw if you depend on the device for business as there is no indication of a problem until you try to send a message (unsuccessfully) or manually turn off the radio and are unable to at which point it's too late and you've already missed calls.
The Thunder is rumored for 3rd quarter 2008 with the CDMA Bold supposedly in early 2009
