I hope she doesn't win.
A) It's a stupid lawsuit. There's no way spam texts caused her $5M in actual harm
B) She opted-in to receive the texts when she gave them her number for some silly contest (probably "text whopper to 55545 to win!" or something similar). Maybe now she'll learn to read the fine print.

Just one for me (LotRO)
Gimme this and I'll have a reason to go buy that laptop...
I wrecked my car today and therefore can't afford a new laptop. This would make things a little better.
Funny how any given article will have ~150 comments, but give something away for free and watch out! Seriously, 6000? Someone has to be commenting multiple times.
Does the over-the-air updater work on the NAM model? I keep getting "no updates available".

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
