I don't understand.. There were court rulings saying that a user can legally unlock their own phone. These people are legally buying the phones, then (according to prior court rulings) legally unlocking them, then legally selling them after they are done with them.

I'm tired of all these silly lawsuits...
I call BS on that "military member" having had a phone since 2001 and can't afford a new one. I've been in the military for 15 years and know that every 2-years you can renew your contract and get a FREE phone - so no matter what branch or rank in the military, you can afford FREE.

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
