So all I have to do is shut off 3G, wifi, location services, push mail, bluetooth, and not use the iPhone as a phone to get better battery life?
And by better battery life, I mean a 3rd of the standby time that my BlackBerry sees with bluetooth, pushmail, and gmail pull on all the time.

Count me in!

(i've had a iPhone 3G and returned it because I had to charge a fully discharged battery twice a day)

Actually, Plastinkus is the first name he's picked that actually means something... in Russian that is.

The word for a vinyl record in Russian is "plastinka".

"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
