Lets just say I work for a specific company that would know this... It is for new plans that are coming out. These plans ARE very aggressive and really the only price point that is increasing is the Family Allowance charge is going from 1.99 to 4.99. The rest of the changes are for the good, meaning things are being bundled, maybe M2M on certain plans will be included instead of an add on. More minutes for less money on most of the plans. You can believe me or not. I can honestly tell you it has NOTHING to do with handsets, If anything they will be announcing the launch dates of the new devices. G2 comes out in Mid June. G3 is slated for Dec.

Guys this has nothing to do with handsets, T-Mobile has a HUGE new plan change for the good. They are not doing any price increases, if anything there adding more minutes for less money, and bundling certain things like mobile 2 mobile. This is confirmed, not a rumor.

Um why is EVERYONE saying WiFi and 3G when EVDO-RevA will blow both out of the water, when sprints coverage is CDMA which rivals GSM any day in the United States, now GSM in Europe is great compared to CDMA, but this is a US phone. So grow up people, Wifi was not put into this phone because you dont need it.

This device is the first production model phone by Sprint to be EVDO Rev-A. Which is dominate compared to 3G anyday. I work for T-Mobile and I have to admit 3g BLOWS compared to EVDO Rev-A. The instinct is not an Iphone Killer, its just another alternative to the over talked about FAD. I love when people say that this phone should have 3g, You guys have NO clue what your talking about... 3g is for GSM ONLY, EVDO Rev A is CDMA's version of highspeed data, and its pretty much double the speed of 3G. Im not going to say anything about this phone, I just wanna make all the RETARDS stop making errors, and STOP commenting when you have NO clue what your talking about.
