in some cases in will connect right to the voice mail. other times the phone may ring once before going to voicemail. This is a pretty neat idea but as far I know you can already do this is most major carriers. Though it may only work if the other phone uses the same provider.
I believe the LG Dare was the first rev. A phone and yes you can tether the Dare. The V750 in the first Rev. A PTT phones

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue.
