Wow... I'm pretty impressed right about now. The fact that Paul prefers this phone's virtual qwerty keyboard over hardware qwertys is a feat in itself. I have the iPhone 3G currently and I'm in love with what it can do. I owned the original iPhone and I am happy with what I can do with my iPhone 3G but I really want push email and I know nobody in the business does it better than BlackBerry. The Storm really looks really nice in the pictures.

Got a few questions for you Paul...

1. How does the device feel in the hand?
2. How is the screen resolution? (Does it look better and brighter than the iPhone and the Bold?)
3. Is it still functional in the dock?
4. Are the aluminum back plates sold separately?
5. How heavy is it?

I'd really appreciate the answers.
I've seen the 8220 on eBay for about 2 weeks already. The sellers are asking way too much for it though (at least when I looked...) If they lower the price, I'll definitely scoop one up.
I like the form factor but I'm predicting there are going to be issues typing on this qwerty keyboard. It doesn't look spaced out enough and on top of that, the keys don't look raised enough either. Hopefully future Android phones will have better hardware. I am curious to see what the big fuss was about with Android though. I'll probably just get my brother to buy this the day it comes out since he is with T-Mobile.
If you need to use this tool on the regular, you should really re-think who your calling... This is pretty funny though.
Yeah I tried to download it already. No mirrors yet...? Come on people...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
