Do the white people have someone who speaks for them? I'm not understanding why we as black people feel like we need someone to speak for us all the time. I for one, am a man (or lady for you ladies out there). As a man, I have been given the right to speak for myself. I will do just that in any manner that I feel necessary. I'm not going to play follow the leader, because I am my own leader. A leader that is no longer oppressed, but yet injustice is often brought up me. I fight against that injustice with the hearts of many men, black or white, Asian or Hispanic, along side me now. It's no longer just me in this fight. It's no longer just "us" in this fight any more ladies and gentleman. When we as a race begin to embrace that idea. The idea that many people are ready and willing to fight our fight along side of us. We will be a lot better off! Dr. West means no harm in his words. He speaks from his own life and intellect, as do I. We've got to stop picking the petty fights with each other, and more importantly we need to stop being so quick to think someone is attacking us. Ms. Ford meant no harm in what she was saying. This has been taken out of context in order for "us" to be able to say she's a racist. She's trying to lend a hand, she's trying to be what black people say white people aren't. She's attempting to be sensitive to our needs and wants as a community and what do we do? Spit in her face and turn her away. Alright lets just stay on this road, yeah that's a good idea!
I had a blackjack before I had an Iphone 3G when I had my iphone and I had never dropped a call on ATT until I got an Iphone. I would drop at least 5 calls a week. It drove me nuts. Before I got my Iphone I could literally count on one hand how many times I had ever dropped a call. The 3G service in Nashville is superb. It was literally my iphone. I don't have either the service or that phone anymore.
I figure I'll put my name into the bid too...why not?
Maybe one day they will try to figure out how many people got and Iphone and then got rid of it, and went back to their old service provider. I would be on of those people, and contrary to popular belief, I'm really happy I did!
Stop bitching about the iPhone. Face it the iPhone us pretty much one of the most innovative things to happen to cellular devices in a long time. It has changed the way we think about a cell phone. It has challenged other phone companies to step there game up, and it has also brought about some competition in this oligopoly that we call the "Big 4". It brought in gadgetry to the masses. Samsung sold what, like their 100,000,000 unit last week, yeah well apple is hoping to have 40,000,000 iphone units out in hands this year they are official a big player in my book. So you have to give the damn thing some credit. I'm a blogger and I have stories on the iPhone all over the blogisphere and 9 times of 10 the story has an ass load of hits. People care about the iPhone, even when they say they don't care they care. It gets pages hits and that's essential what they want. You can't just ignore it, it's here to stay.
so "shaneatlanta" or what ever the hell, that statement about verizon being the most reliable isn't true country wide. I've said this many times and will apparently be saying it again. There are parts of the country where yes verizon will have a signal but, it sucks horrible! For instance; the state of Tennessee, and the Carolinas, also Kentucky! I travel a lot and I've used every service in the book from alltel to VZW. Not one has compared to the AT&T phones I've had i have consistanly been asked by friends to use my phone to make calls cause there verizon will connect and them drop them like a smoking habit. I've watched it with my own eyes. I use to have signal on my Att back when verizon customers had to roam over to sprint towers (some of you may not even know that use to happen.) Here in Nashville, Att is boss! Which is why you will see iPhones in hands all over this city I see it equal to any blackberry in this city believe it or not! Please come look for yourself! I will agree though we here are not normal phone users, we are major users and we want the best experience out of our phones, which is why you will often find more haters than lovers of the iPhone in the blog world. Don't get me wrong I love mine and would never trade it, but in many respects the people who hate this phone I totally understand. It's just not for them, and I can respect that. I don't repect people who don't see how how even in it's downfalls it still leaps and bounds above other phones and set a new trend in the cell phone market that's here to stay! That was my own personal bit.

Anyhow, I'm super excited about getting this update to fix some of these bugs I'm seeing all in all though, I love the iPhone experience so far!

P.S. This update is not where you will find copy/paste wait til around September for that update also know to real bloggers as (we hope) 2.1.0
I don't why everyone uses these post to show their hatred towards the iPhone. It's just a device like any other device that happens to make most of your devices look like $4!t

Anyhow, the little hairline fractures in the phones hardly hold any way at the very most you'll get on maybe 2 in your phone, nothing will ever really come of it and they are hardly noticeable unless under a keen eye. Although I do feel like the white ones will be under a keen I because I feel like most people who opted for the white one did it to stand out because they have low confidence issues and wanted people to say " hey look at that guy with the iPhone... And it's white, he's extra cool we'll be his friend" so in a way I feel like those who got the white iPhones kinda got what they deserve in not sticking with the darker color that usually hides blemishes!
ummm you can watch YouTube videos on an iPhone.... Anyhow the best bet next to an iPhone (which I have) is the Instinct hands down. It's a solid phone that has great features that look and work great. Not a ton of tinkering and messing around to get what you should have in a phone like you have to do with the HTC, and best of all it doesn't run WinMo!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
