apple would make a terrible console with no buttons, charge up the ass for 'style' and put constant firmware patches to fix simple problems only to create more simple problems.
not to mention it will turn into a wii like market, where you will chose between $40 (hell who knows maybe more) motion controllers specific for each game, to go alongside the generic one.

great concept but there is a lot of stuff the developers can do wrong... and this goes for both systems.

give me just a normal controller and im happy for now haha
@purecussion
been working fine in the 805 for me also all night
it seems like the people who write these articles have no idea what they are talking about.

unless they work for sony ... you DONT know the prices they are paying ... when you order parts by the 100,000 (probably even more) ... you cant just multiply the normal price... companies negotiate their own prices for contracts such as this.
@ChazClout

of course you COULD just buy the generic parts yourself off of newegg for a fraction of a price and drop them into your current mac...

oh wait... can you?
@CarpeD1em500
meh i honestly dont see why any of you are really this mad....

police arent going to just go in and ask for GPS data randomly... there will be a REASON no matter what... and if you are doing sketchy shit than maybe you are on the list...

if i had sprint i wouldn't care ... who is going to be looking at my data?

honestly if i REALLY cared i would simply turn the gps receiver off on my phone... problem solved.

people are making too big of a deal about this... get real.. the government is not sitting there watching your every move... ffs if you are a normal person theres nothing to see here.
@Juice
you would definitely keep your channels...

this is more because now comcast doesnt have to pay royalties to nbc based on every person getting cable, it saves them a lot of money on content.
It's not stopping these guys from making a literal copycat of WoW.

check out Alganon and prepare to laugh your ass off in the face of pure unoriginality.
i am just hoping that this program will be cracked in a way allowing you to import whatever song you want into RB... wishful thinking i know but i would actually buy the game if i could import any song from my collection.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
