Cool though, can those be not done through, say, iPhone/Droid or any camera based smartphone? Already we have apps that can read bar code and display all relavent info that the app developer chooses to provide..

in short not so original except head mounted projection system!!
this is good if it provided VGA out..can use it as mobile desktop!
read.. it would 'not' have
if Nokia had not had a vision, it would have transformed it self from paper products Co to mobile giant ...
rather, I would prefer Windows 7 based mobile phone, given the today's H/W capabilities (minus battery), I wish, I have a mobile with Windows 7, with a PICO projector, that I can use as a desktop as well as a mobile. Or at lower price point, enough to connect to a LCD display, wireless keyboard..you know what I'm saying..

Desktop on the GO...with mobile
come on guys, that just a mirror
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
