I would pummel Baby New Year with Mokujin. Baby New Year is so smug and pompous thinking it can get out of being a target that I'd kick it in the back of the head with any character Tekken threw at me.

Of course I haven't even bothered to find out if Mokujin is in Tekken 6.
I did call the sears.com at 1-800-697-3277 and I pushed the option to place a new order and I chose the electronics department. I talked to Suzzanne ID# 083779 from the Tucson AZ call center. I explained that I had heard about a sale price on the sears item# 05891866000 that was not showing up on their website. She checked the website and then she checked an internal database of some sort (something customers don't have access to) and she found that item number in her internal database with a promotion date of today (18th) through sometime in December (I don't remember the end date) with a price of $34.99. Since she found it in there, she had me place the order online and she credited back $15 per card that I ordered. There was a limit of 2 cards per order, so I placed two orders for a total of 4 cards. I received 2 credits back on my credit card of $30 each or a total of $60 off of 4 cards.

They have the promotional price in their system, it just isn't on the public website yet. If you get someone who is friendly/helpful and you are nice to them then you too can get these cards for $35+tax w/ free shipping.

So for those that called and failed to get the price honored, you didn't try hard enough or you just didn't get someone on the phone that felt like helping you, or something else caused you to not get the same service that I received.
That worked for me. I talked to a lady on the phone with sears.com and she was able to lookup the item# in their internal product listings and found the sale price. She was able to adjust the price after the order has been placed. Their online website has not been updated yet, but the Sears.com rep was able to confirm the price and was able to adjust my order accordingly. She was very helpful and pleasant too which surprised me.
Very well put. Those were my exact same concerns. I checked Sears website again today and the price still hasn't dropped. Lovely. I hope we get another update to this article and this time with some sort of indication of source or evidence. Watch: They'll come back and say that the sale starts tomorrow.

Maybe the sale will start the 18th... but they didn't say what month and Joystiq assumed it meant this month. Maybe it will be the a18th of September, next year or the year after that. (I had a boss who would do that to us...he's say, sure you can have a raise on Sunday. But he would fail to say which Sunday.)
Either the deal is really well hidden, or it simply isn't live yet. I'll keep refreshing the Sears page and see if the price drops. I can't even find a 12 month card on Kmart's website.
So, if someone who has the game already wins this: Would you please give me your game that you don't need any more since you have the Smorgasbord Edition?
The game would be ncie to win. I don't feel like shelling out the bucks to buy it brand new, so either used in a few months or won would be nice.
This price point was brought to you by the fine folks at the Marketing Firm of Ben Dover and Tak It
It's not really a codename if everyone knows what the name means.
I'll tell ya in a moment or two.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
