Awesome that there is no VCast Music Store or VZNav.... really proves that VZW has turned over a new leaf.
Never mind.... The green button... I am an idiot. I just never knew it had a name haha
Am I some kind of idiot that I don't even know what the zoom button is? I've been using OS X For like 6 years now!
You will not get an official carrier update if you are running 3.0, jailbroken or not. its a pretty easy fix though...
I really hate it when I see people walking around the grocery store or Best Buy with a BT headset on like they think it makes them look FBI or something. I even see people wearing them in loud bars or clubs. Seriously? You look like an idiot. That being said, I do use mine every day in the car because it's the law in NYS and the last thing I need is a ticket. I can see where the usage drop off occurs, though, with so many cars having Bluetooth built in now, even on lower models... Still, I'll probably continue using my Jawbone for a while now...
The Rogue is not replacing the Alias 2...it's replacing the crappy Glyde
thanks for your single contribution to engadget... inspiring
its probably because he took a picture of the phone in the mirror
That's way too funny

And yes, you do need a compass. I hate when i start my Telenav from a standstill and it's not sure which direction I'm facing. It tells me to continue on whatever road I am on, only to tell me to do a U Turn after a tenth of a mile because it thought I was facing the other direction. It would also be cool to ID photos more accurately with geotagging.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
