It will be $350 after all rebates. The rull retail will be much higher. You have to be eligible to upgrade to get the $350 price.
I concur, I also saw this with my own eyes. It's about time.
I would believe the leaked doc way before the care rep. It might make its way into stores on the 8th and launch on-line or for direct ship on the 3rd? Either way, the sooner the better. This phone has been a long time coming! Now we need some pricing.
Exchange it for a new one if Palm tells them this is a defect.. which it has not. This guy is lucky there wasn't much hassle. I'm surprised they didn't send him to insurance. I wouldn't count on all replacements going so smoothly.
ooh pick me, pick me.
Couldn't you run XP on your PS3 and navigate to the site with firefox, IE, or Opera anyway? I haven't tried it but it seems like an easy enough solution if you have a copy of XP. The PS3 browser had a hard time running HULU before they blocked it anyway.
Double O Gimme...
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
