These look very much like re-branded versions of the velocity mobile 103 and 111.

Harrah's in Atlantic City is 46 stories high and wraps completely around the building.

It's a quad band gsm phone so if you buy an import it will work fine on either at&t or t-mobile. You just won't get the high speed data connection. You can still make calls, sms, mms, and get data at the slower edge speeds. I may consider this if the price comes down because I never intended to buy it as my primary phone; I would use it as a secondary internet tablet/MID and I can always pair it with my 3G phone.
The professional series displays are not meant for the consumer market. They are intended for digital signage applications in malls, hotels, airports, etc. NEC displays are currently inducing ulcers on the floor of the NYSE. The electronics are rated for 24 hour operation and they include things like an internal processor that takes a single video source and tiles it across multiple displays.
SDHC slot means you can add up to 32GB.
I love my S710 but I can't say I'm too interested in this. It looks kind of awkward and clunky.
I think a graphic designer might tell you that a UI in neutral colors won't clash with a device that comes in multiple colors.
touchflo 3d is available in several ROMs for the tilt on xda-developers. It was ripped from the Diamond and runs great on my tilt. But you're right, the UI would basically have to be imitated in a cooked ROM. But some of the chefs are working on some great ROMs with visual improvements to WinMo.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
