I think I have been nice.
I'm just glad this year is almost over.
I would say that I've been good, but my catholic school upbringing tells me otherwise. I'm confused.
A very rich man gets a free car to drive around and cheat on his wife, while most of us have to pay for our cars to drive to and from our boring jobs to support ourselfs. Nice.
So the way to win is not to play, right?
Great news, I'm looking forward to this.
Pachter should start giving over/under percentages for his guesses, then we could start betting. I'm guessing the real PS3 number is going to be about 600K.

But seriously, nice to see PS3 selling more units in the US. Real interested to hear how close the numbers are to the Wii.
Levi,
I totally understand where you are coming from, but for me, I don't really care about being able to trade in. I have a dozen games saved to my PS3 hard drive. The nice thing about that is that if I get burned out on a disc based game, I can pull up a game without getting up to switch discs and play for just a few minutes at a time. Its a ease of use thing for me.

But I guess since the market as a whole isn't ready for download only, a setup like SOCOM or Burnout would be the best. Slightly cheaper in a DL only, but available on disc for those that want it that way too.
Kudos to Riccitiello and EA. I'm so happy to hear that they have clarified their previous statements that new IP will still be coming out.

When they come out with Mirrors Edge 2, make it a downloadable game. I'd love to have it on my hard drive, and not have to deal with swapping discs whenever I want to play for a few minutes.
I know that Ubi and others have to get the DLC out shorly after launch, but how about dropping some DLC in summer when there aren't as many releases?
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
