How does this work? Do i have to open up a contract for it? I suppose pay as you go but i just couldn't be bothered to have another number for my watch. Is it this Bluetooth also or has the Blutooth watch idea been done yet?
I think we'd all like to see discrete graphics, more battery and a 2-4GB RAM limit on netbooks. The RAM and graphics limitations in particular make me wary of spending the money.
please? i will totally mount a vigilante assault on the federal reserve if i get this.
When the Pre was announced I was really hoping for this as i had worries about Sprint coverage, but so far since taking the plunge I've had no issues at home (Orlando) and whilst traveling. Now was Verizon better? Probably, I see alot of 2 and 3 bars on Sprint as opposed to 4 and 5's on VZ, but from a usablility standpoint things have been fine.

Plus saving about $25 a month while still getting more minutes and a protection plan helps too.
Typing this from a Pre right now, I accept the fact that the phone is another 3-5 updates from being a real real contender. Just too many missing features that have to be finished up.

That being said I think the potential for the platform is enormous. I have completely bought into the cards concept for multitasking and much of the functionality has easily become second nature.

The base is there if Palm really doubletimes on fleshing it out.
Does this get us any closer to Pre on Verizon? That could be a big bag of win right there.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
