This is the company with the boring Steve, right?
Once again big companies are allowed to merge into a monopoly and consumers lose: We get less and pay more. I won't be renewing my XM subscription.
I've had an AppleTV since it first came out. I got it because all our music sits on a server and is setup in iTunes and I wanted a way to play it in the living room without cradling an iPod. I also use it to display pictures on a 50" Fujitsu plasma TV. It does all this wonderfully.

When they added video rental and purchases that was icing on the cake: The HD quality is much better than what Comcast offers and they leave the content in its original aspect (Comcast converts all HD VOD to 16:9). I'm happy to say I've not been into a Blockbuster in years.

I do wish there was an easy, legal way to rip and import DVDs and BluRay discs. Slysoft makes it simple, though.

Good product that just quietly sits there and does what I want.
I think you mean "clinch", not "clench". Quick! Is there an editor in the house?
64GB Touch and I'm there.
Woot! Free schwag! Send, send, send to me. I'll take extra special good care of it and will only use the Zune (if there is one) as a door stop!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
