I bought a Navigon dedicated unit a couple of months ago. Easily and by far the worst and consistently craziest routing I have ever seen, I have gone to all the various GPS forums and everyone has the same complaint and no amount of tweaking will fix it. On sites like GPS Passion you can see people posting examples of a route with Navigon routing vs TomTom and Garmin and it is amazing, it is like navigation routing engine is stoned.
As far as the real time traffic system -- forget it, it blows, is not accurate and it is not as if it doesn't work 10% or 30% of the time -- it doesn't work 90% of the time.

@kessando, I don't know who you are agreeing with since the way Palm is handling its OS and created a closed OS/hardware pocket is hurting Palm. You have to consider Palm is not Apple. Apple has a monster brand with a positive brand image and people are willing to put up with the lack of choice caused by the captive OS.. Sales of Pre have DROPPED every month since release for a reason.

Peopel are leaving Sprint in droves and have been for a reason. That is why price INCREASES such as forced "Everything" plans will mean more losses of customers for Sprint.

I have a three line family plan. The corresponding "Everything Plans" represent double the price per month for me and for huge bunches of Sprint users.

You can't compare Sprint and ATT or Verizon as you just did since they have twice as many customers and that means you use half as many minutes.

"Apples for Apples Sprint actually gives less service.

You have to answer the question of why with the numbers you gave, which you seem to think are compelling that the rest of America doesn't find them compelling and leave Sprint anyway?

The fact is forced plan price increases from 50% to 100% in customer cost with teh Everything plans is a HOT topic on Sprint discussion forums and has caused a large amount of animosity since there is no legitimate reason.

Commentators are using the wrong terms. The children don't get "placed" as if they have no parent. they have legal parent: Rowe, the mother. The use of the term "biological" mother is not what would be used in court.

Michael Jackson did not adopt these children. He claimed to be the father together with the mother Rowe. He asked for and was granted full custody. A full custody does not abrogate in the least the full custodial rights of the surviving parent should the full custodial parent die.

I have full custody of my children, but in California, should I die before they reach 18 their mother who I was not married to, would have full custody. She was not judged incompetent, she merely relinquished all custody.

People need to get their facts right, Rowe has all the body of law on her side.

It is pretty simple. Rowe is receiving child support. Jackson has been paying her child support. There is an existing order to that affect from 2005! This means Rowe did not abrogate her full parental rights. Secondly no investigation was held by child services. In California, a parent cannot , even voluntarily, abrogate parental rights without such a an investigation.

Rowe doesn't have a good case, she has an open and shut case as every single fact, regulation and matter in the case makes her the presumptive custodial parent in the case of Jackson's death. No will or trust by Jackson makes any difference.

People are confused about basis for custody challenge by the Jackson family. Proving custody by he Jackson family woudl be more beneficial is not the test. Rowe has to be judged detrimental and if you have ever seen the tests for that they are quite difficult to establish.

This is not a custody battle between two parents. It is custody issue with one surviving parent who NO MATTER what they singed has a presumptive full custody rights on one end, and grandparents who the decease parent has accused of abuse, and or other family members none of whom has any history of custody with the children or basis for claim over the children.

By the way "being in it for the money", if that is the case with Rowe, doesn't hurt her case at all by law.

Mine has a light leak and blotchyness on the lower part of the screen and up the right side. Looks terrible. Sprint support seems swamped on this issue
