no, seriously, it's just a CIA test to read your mind.
BELGIUM! I want BELGIUM! jeesh. on the other hand we have our silly little thing called download limits (with the two mayor internet distributors) over here that really completely render this useless if movies in HD are around 8 gig.
well, actually, no, because you need atleast one extra button besides the L/R buttons to "undo" and "redo" your big Locoroco... so no-go there...
you know what really bugs me? the fact that now I won't be able to plug in the video cable AND power cable at the same time. so if the battery starts running low while you're showing something on the tv, you will have to unhook the tv cable to charge your PSPGO! bummer
you know what, since no one is saying it, I will.

Hey guys, especially Paul Miller, THANK YOU for this rather extensive comparison of the three systems, without all too clearly being biased towards one side. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT.

I'd like to add that I am anticipating all three new motion control systems, as they will hopefully immerse us even more in the games we love.
soooo.... finally seeing where the volume rocker and screen brightness button is placed, and seeing the new USB connector, I guess anyone who has invested in the PSP GPS of Go!Cam can just throw all that stuff out the window along with all their UMD's?

to everyone complaining about the lack of UMD, apparently Sony spokesmen are saying there's been talk about a (limited) trade-in program for UMD-to-Digital. so don't sweat it until all the facts are known.

also, paying full retail price will probably never be necessary, at least if you have any friends. I'm guessing the same game-sharing will be possible with the PSPGO and new Media Go software as it is now with the PS3. otherwise... big mistake on Sony's part
several things: Where are the volume buttons? The screen brightness button (not really a problem, but is it still there or is it gone?)? the usb port? is there still a video out? then where the hell is it, 'cause I ain't seeing it?

otherwise, nice thing, I understand that they wouldn't want to change the internal configuration too much due to compatibility, but really guys, at least cut this things price to where the PSP is now, and cut that one's price by something too.

...and invent some way to let the ppl trade in their UMD's for virtual downloads... really, I still have a PSP-1000, I was waiting for an upgrade, it's falling apart now, but I don't want to buy a PSP-3000 and a PSPgo!

and thanks a bunch for making me buy one type of memory sticks that I can now practically throw away in the trash!

on the other hand... I will buy that thing once it comes out ... :D
Don't you know? they're the dudes in the building next to the King Boudewijnlane here in Leuven. they've gone global since, yeah, but still :-p I drive by them every day, aint that sweet? On the other hand, I find it kinda disturbing I learn more about them here on Engadget then here in Belgium...
I was thinking the same thing, it looks as if (s)he but her fingers between a door. you can see that her/his pinky is al red-brownish in the middle of the nail, and so is the ringfinger, but the middlefinger (also know as the FUfinger) seems to be mostly spared the same fate.
On the other hand it could also just be some emo chick/dude how just happens to be low on iron and just so happens to hemorage under the fingernails.
for one, this is not a "new" SKU, but a special edition in limited numbers, for fans. it will probably not even get released outside of Japan.
And secondly, the ones that are buying the movie with the demo, are not just buying it for the demo, the movie is an extended edition of FF:AC in highdef, the demo is just an extra.
lastly, making a special edition, that will be completely sold out in which I guess will be record time (crazy japanese) is NOT a dumb marketing decision, but is rather smart, you know, making money is usually a good thing.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
